Climate Tech Accelerator in Silicon Valley
About the program:
Innovation Centre Denmark Silicon Valley has tailored an exciting program for Danish climate tech startups to learn, scale, and get help accelerating through Silicon Valley.
The program is for any Danish climate tech startup (bootstrapped, pre-seed, seed stage, or later) with international ambitions and a desire to learn from the Silicon Valley climate tech ecosystem and expand their US network.
Participants in the program will take home insights and learn how to:
- Accelerate, grow, and launch your startup through Silicon Valley
- Decode best practices when pitching to US investors and participate at pitching events in Silicon Valley
- Get feedback on your business model in an American context
- Understand and learn to navigate the Silicon Valley climatetech ecosystem and its actors
- Expand your network in the US
Furthermore, you will get access to:
- The VERGE24 Conference by GreenBiz
- ICDK's advisor network across North America and extensive network of domain and industry experts, peers, mentors, and investors

The VERGE24 Conference by Trellis is the most important and leading event within climatetech for both startups, climate tech leaders and big brands in Silicon Valley.
The conference brings together more than 5,000 climate tech leaders. Participants have the opportunity to learn and work together to address the climate crisis.
Every year some of the biggest companies within climatetech participate. In the past that have been participants like Amazon, Delta Air Lines, Google, Impossible Foods, Microsoft, PepsiCo, Salesforce and many more.
This year’s focus is on six key areas: Buildings, Carbon Markets, Energy, Industrial Decarbonization and Transport.

PRICE
Price: DKK 14.000*
Your startup must have a Danish CVR number and be classified as a Danish SME in accordance with the de minimis aid regulations*.
Price is per startup - we welcome up to two participating founders.
The cost does not cover flights, certain meals, accommodation, and local transportation.
As part of the program, participating founders will receive 2 tickets to the VERGE 2024 conference in San Jose, CA, including access to networking events, keynotes, the expo, and a half-table at the Startup Pavilion for showcasing. You'll also get access to the VC lounge and the pitching stage. Any extra tickets must be covered by own company.
