Program Assistant

Innovation Centre Denmark, as part of the Danish Consulate General, is located in the number one tech hub of the world, Silicon Valley, US and we are looking for a new colleague. We are looking for a Program Assistant to help execute different programs for Danish researchers and students, who are on fellowship programs in the Bay Area.

As a Program Assistant, you will support the project leaders on different projects and be part of a project team. You will provide your experience in program management, accounting, budgets, logistics, and communication with Stakeholders in the programs.

You will take a supporting role in the execution and planning of the programs in a very diverse, friendly and yet output driven environment. The only prerequisites are that you are engaged, structured in your work, have some experience with accounting and Excel, have a relevant education and experience.

Our ideal ICDK colleague:

  • Experience in program/project management is a definite advantage is service minded and flexible
  • Is good with logistics and planning
  • Experience with Navision Stat is a plus, but not a requirement
  • Is a trouble-shooter
  • An open-minded person with a strong drive to perform both on own initiative and as part of a team
  • An excellent verbal and written communicator in English

We offer a local contract with salary and other conditions regulated according to the Staff Rules of the Consulate General in Silicon Valley. We expect to fill the position as soon as possible.
